SPECIAL NOTICE
With a heavy heart I am announcing that the Sea Angels are going to be having our last monthly beach cleanup on September 30th 2023. This was not an easy decision but we feel it’s time. I started Sea Angels with just an idea for a logo, a mission to do cleanups in a greener way and a passion for the beach and animals. I could not have accomplished my mission without help. I would like to thank my co-founders Kathy and Rod Silverio for starting this adventure with me. They have been an integral part of this group and I could not have done it without them. I would like to thank Jessica and Jay Morgenthal for their participation and help during our cleanups and always supporting our cause. I would like to give a special thankyou to my late husband Michael. He accepted my crazy ways and learned there was always a method to my madness when it came to bringing awareness to litter and the effect it has on animals. His support and his belief in me is what kept me going.
Last I would like to thank the thousands of volunteers and those of you who have supported our efforts through all of these years. Our volunteers helped us make a positive impact on our beaches and natural environment. We have picked up tens of thousands of pieces of litter and did it in a greener and smarter way. We were trailblazers in changing the way groups did their cleanups. Although I will miss our volunteers and our monthly beach event our group will still continue in an educational capacity. I take pride in all that we were able to accomplish these last 15 years and I can walk away knowing that we all made a difference.

Who We Are
SEA ANGELS
We are proud to be the leaders in "green beach" cleanups. We were the first to clean the beaches in a smarter and greener way. For almost two decades we have been cleaning our local beaches and providing a place for volunteers to come and make a difference.
We are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our passion is the environment, its wildlife and we strive every day to ensure we are doing everything to do are part.
The Sea Angels are a 501c3 nonprofit organization and rely on the generosity of our supporters and volunteers to help us grow.
Need Volunteer Hours?
We realize not everyone can attend our cleanups. That doesn't mean you can't get volunteer hours from us. All you have to do is pick a place that you will be cleaning, e-mail us with the location, date, how long you cleaned and pictures for proof. We hope our volunteers adhere to the honor system. In Loving Memory
Michael R. Halasz-Sea Angel Founder
On October 24th, 2021 we lost Sea Angels Founder Mike. He was dedicated to educating others about why it is important to keep our planet free of litter and protecting our beaches and marine and wildlife. He was an integral part of our group and he will always be missed. All cleanups are dedicated in memory of our beloved Mike.
